Shipping & Return Policy
Social Bizz offers United States shipping.
Please keep the shipping and processing time in mind when you purchase your planner.
Orders can not be cancelled or changed once placed. If you need to update your address, please email getsocialbizz@gmail.com at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to update and mail to correct address.
Once your order is placed it will ship out within 7-10 business days. Keep in mind processing times can fluctuate depending on the season and demand. (Processing Notes: Non-business days include Saturday, Sunday & holidays.)
Once your items are shipped it should arrive to your address within 3-4 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is ready to ship. If you placed an order and have not received your tracking information by the end of our estimated processing time, please email us at getsocialbizz@gmail.com
Please send your email once as multiple emails will result in multiple service request for the same issue and will prolong the process as we are trying to sort out the issue.
No returns. No cancelations. Exchanges only on damaged items .
Our current policy allows for an item to be exchanged if damaged only. Delays in processing time is not a valid cause for cancelation as we do out best to provide an estimate.
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at getsocialbizz@gmail.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner.
